The dMp is a group of evil wrestlers who are led by Sunshine, a mummy-themed wrestler who can manipulate sand. The dMp has many members, each with their own motives and abilities. Some of the dMp members are Kevin Mask, Robin Mask's son and Kid Muscle's rival; Checkmate, a chess-themed wrestler who can change his body parts into chess pieces; Ricardo, a Brazilian wrestler who can control electricity; Scarface, a mysterious masked wrestler who is Sunshine's right-hand man; Jade, a Chinese wrestler who uses acupuncture needles as weapons; and Tel-Tel Boy, a wrestler who can travel through telephone lines.
Other characters in Ultimate Muscle include Roxanne, Kid Muscle's love interest and the daughter of Vance McMadd, the chairman of the Universal Chojin Committee; Trixie, Terryman's daughter and Terry the Kid's sister; Kiki, Kid Muscle's childhood friend and Meat's love interest; Alexandria Meat Jr., Meat's son from the future; Apollonman (Mercury), a Greek god-themed wrestler who is part of the Chojin Gods; Qilinman (Doomsmane), a Chinese mythical creature-themed wrestler who is part of the Chojin Beast Force; and MAXman (Pumpinator), a robot wrestler who is part of Team AHO.
